The student Pride Planning Committee is very excited to present Darwin High School’s very first Pride Day! The event will be held in B-covered way, on the 19th of August (Term 3, Week 4, Friday).

Come and rock out with Gaia, Jasica Jong, and Naz, and listen to our guest speaker Ira Racines, ambassador of YEAH!, talk about his experiences as a gay teen growing up in Darwin.

Please show your support of the LGBTQIA community at Darwin High School by coming along and buying some rainbow coloured food and watching the performances we have in store!

Pride themed merchandise like rainbow tattoos and pins will also be available to purchase on the day. All proceeds will be going towards the Northern Territory Aids and Hepatitis Council (NTAHC) to further support and raise awareness for Darwin's LGBTQIA community.

Pride Day will be held at recess and lunchtime on Friday 19 August in B Covered Way.
