Student Resource Scheme

At Darwin High School we offer a rich and varied curriculum that engages students and equips them for life after school. The voluntary Student Resource Scheme maximises student access to the resources they need to achieve quality outcomes and personal success.

About the Student Resource Scheme

The scheme was introduced in 2014 and is designed to ensure our school is equipped with state of the art resources to support student learning. Recent purchases as a result of the scheme have included e-books, textbooks and class sets for Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Languages and the Library, cameras for use in Photography, specialist software licences for learning areas including Music, Mathematics and Languages and other equipment such as new data projectors for Tech Studies and Business. This has only been possible with the financial support of families who participate in the scheme.

The Compass App

Students and their families are encouraged to download the Darwin High School Compass app to their smart phone/tablet device. Compass app allows you to stay up to date with announcements and events, complete a range of e-forms for student absences and excursions and easily contact us via phone or email direct from the app.
