​Rural Health Careers Visit

This week Darwin High School was fortunate enough to host the Rural Health Network and welcomed the return of alumni students who are pursuing careers in health.

Representatives from Flinders University, University of Tasmania, James Cook and Notre Dame spoke to students about careers in health, including medicine, physiotherapy, nursing and dentistry. 

Darwin High School Alumna Nina Sanford, who is now a Doctor at Royal Darwin Hospital, talked about expanding her career and pursuing Emergency Medicine.

Kaejenn Tchia, a dental student at James Cook University is also a former Darwin High Alumnus, is now in his fourth year of Dentistry.
