On Friday 17 August the Darwin High School band took part in the 73rd Indonesian Independence Day ceremony at the Indonesian Consulate in Darwin.

On Thursday 16th September, the Stage 1 Politics class went on an excursion to Parliament House.

On Friday 16 June our DHS Boys Basketball team departed Darwin for Malaysia. Year 10 students Manoj Rajkumar and Zeb Hantlemann, Year 11 students William Burton, Steven Kalikajaros and Lucas Duncan were joined by Ned Stevens, Bayden Paterson-Dunn, Dante Ah Sam and Billy Paterson were representing Darwin High at the 6th International High School Basketball Championships in Penang.
On Wednesday 13 June, Twenty-five of our dance students and two teachers left to Perth on Wednesday for Darwin High School’s annual Dance Trip.

On Thursday 3 May forty-five Darwin High School music and drama students attended a performance of the award-winning Broadway phenomenon, American Idiot.
Five Darwin High School students who were winners in the 2018 Chief Minister’s ANZAC Spirit Study Award, have recently returned from a visit to Villers-Bretonneux where they attended the annual ANZAC commemoration.
On Monday 9 April twenty Darwin High School students attended the GRIP Student Leadership conference to gain insight and develop skills to apply in their leadership positions at Darwin High School.
The Brown’s Mart “The Crucible” performance was clever, entertaining and simple. The actors did a fantastic job performing as each character to show the ideas and history of the play. Shakiah Brown Year 12
