Darwin High honours the Anzac Legacy

​Darwin High School has a longstanding tradition of commemorating Anzac Day with a commemorative Assembly by its senior students. This year on Wednesday 24 April, all 1300 students and staff, gathered with invited guests to reflect on the Legacy of the Anzac.

World Autism Awareness Day

​The twelfth annual World Autism Awareness Day is April 2. This year Darwin High School will be participating in an 8-day walking challenge and host a BBQ, fundraising to raise awareness for this important cause.

Friendships of War

​Last month Darwin High School was fortunate enough to receive a visit from members of the Chiba Family, descendants of one of the submariners who perished in the I-124 Japanese submarine sinking on the 20th of January, 1942 off the coast of the Northern Territory.

2018 C4E Singapore and Malaysia Trip

​At the end of last term, on Monday 3 December, eighteen Darwin High School students and two teachers departed Darwin for the C4E Singapore and Malaysia Trip. This annual trip gives students the opportunity to enhance their applied knowledge and stretch their mathematical and scientific horizons beyond the classroom.
