Careers in Police, St John’s Ambulance and NT Fire and Rescue

Recently, our Year 10 Exploring Identities and Futures students were lucky to learn about Careers in Police, St John’s Ambulance and NT Fire and Rescue with guest presenters; Nicolette McCourt a Senior Fire Fighter and Jessica Grieve, an Emergency Medical Dispatcher.

Officer Sue arranges these sessions twice a year and Darwin High School are fortunate to have co-facilitators from NTFRS and St Johns join her to provide information about selection criteria, different roles within these emergency services and the most important aspect; salaries and recreation leave!
