World’s Greatest Shave
Darwin High School is taking part in World's Greatest Shave to help beat blood cancer and there is now only a week until our lunchtime event, Thursday 15 March.
Year 12 student Benjamin Sutherland has also joined the Darwin High Team and will be shaving his head.
Year 10 Coordinator, Mr Whitty is shaving his head and has already exceeded his initial fundraising target of $700 and so has now pledged to shave his beard and moustache if he reaches $1000!
Our Study Centre Coordinator, Mr Barrett, has also joined the team and is shaving his infamous moustache. There are a number of DHS students participating as well and you can sponsor Mr Whitty, Mr Barrett and our students or nominate to colour your own hair on the link below

Next Thursday at lunchtime, there will be a fundraiser BBQ with sausages for $2 and ice-cups for $1. Get your hair coloured for a gold coin donation and come and watch Mr Whitty, Mr Barrett and Benjamin shave their hair!
