About the course

The Year 10 Cross-Disciplinary Studies Pre-Methods course incorporates the following two disciplines:

• The Year 10 Australian Curriculum for Mathematics
• Sports Science

Disciplinary knowledge and skills are primarily drawn from the Australian Curriculum: Mathematics at a Year 10 level while the learning interest forms the primary focus for the group project.

• Linear Equations & Inequalities Test
• Quadratics & Surds Test
• Group Project – Statistics
• Networks, Shapes, Measurement Test

Assessment Semester 2

• Probability Test
• Exponents and Logarithms Test
• Group Project – Quadratic Functions
• Semester Exam
