Students develop coding and design skills through developing apps for mobile devices and the internet.
This course prepares students for studying Stage 1 Digital Technologies.
Students investigate a variety of applications from various platforms and then design and develop their own using Construct 2. Application genres may include games, multimedia, educational and data management.
This subject focuses on developing transferable coding skills and designing intuitive and effective interfaces for users. The tasks will help to develop a range of IT skills in each student, including the use Photoshop to create and edit images and text. The system development lifecycle will be followed to encourage the critical analysis of products developed.
