This subject provides opportunities to develop design thinking, to investigate engineering solutions, to develop a plan, realise the solution and evaluate the outcome at a fundamental level and prepare students to take further study at stage 1 level. This could be achieved using the Arduino circuit board and Arduino IDE to develop prototypes or products. Students demonstrate knowledge and skills associated with systems, processes, and materials appropriate for the prototype and final solution.
