Stylish Food

About the subject

Students will have the opportunity to explore how food production can link with Information Technology. They will be exposed to a range of basic food preparation techniques and gain skills to assist them in making food choices to suit their independent needs.

This course will be very practical, with hands on cooking lessons every week. Students will be required to create some of their own food publications.
