BUFTA Roadshow at Darwin High

BUFTA Roadshow at Darwin High

By Film Production teacher Kyalea Young

Bond University Film and Television Awards Roadshow 2019 visited the Northern Territory this year and the event was hosted at Darwin High School with approximately 80 enthusiastic film students participating. Dr Michael Sergi enlightened our students with Bond University Course Offerings and some film making workshops on Friday the 10th of May.

Visual Arts: Film and Video Students and Media Studies students participated in various sessions from some basic tips of IPhone filming, to more semi-professional information about lighting, sound, and Colour Grading with Adobe Premiere Pro CC.

Hopefully we can convince Bond University to make the BUFTA Roadshow an annual event in Darwin.
