Centre for Excellence Testing

This month the Centre for Excellence held entry tests in Mathematics, Science, general ability and a writing task. Over 100 Year 9 students from across Darwin participated and results are expected to be finalised within the next two weeks. Students at Darwin High Schools in the Centre for Excellence program are provided with a range of opportunities that extend their learning beyond the normal classroom, including opportunities to work with scientific/ mathematical industry partners and participate in Charles Darwin University workshops and international travel.
