Damon Gameau at DHS

On Monday 10 May Darwin High School was lucky enough to host a visit from Director, Damon Gameau.  

Students and staff were invited to a special screening of Damon Gameau's new documentary Regenerating Australia, in the STEAM Theatre. Regenerating Australia is a 17-minute hybrid short film by the director and producer of the award-winning feature documentaries 2040 and That Sugar Film. 

Damon Gameau was in Darwin promoting the launch of the new film and offered to visit our school to host a special Q&A session with students and staff.

Around forty students and staff attended the event, including members of our SRC and the Climate Change and Sustainability Committee.
