DHS Mooting Success

DHS Mooting Success

Earlier this month the Darwin High School Mooting Team, comprising Samuel Roussos, Braeden Parnell and Diana Mukayeva, flew to the Gold Coast to compete in the Bond University National High School Mooting Competition. They were impressive in the delivery of their submissions and were awarded an Honourable Mention by the judges.

Director of Mooting, Louise Parsons, was also impressed with the outstanding standard of the Competition and congratulated students on their performance in the moot, their diligence to preparation, and the way they represented their schools whilst on campus.

The team’s success could not have been possible without the countless hours of preparation and invaluable assistance from Darwin High School teachers Sam Schuman and Kyra Goodsell, Darwin High School tutor Lang Williamson, George Roussos of Roussos Legal Advisory and Matthew Littlejohn of William Forster Chambers.

Darwin High School would like to thank them all for their time, guidance and expertise.
