It’s that time of year especially for our Year 12’s where the end is so close yet there still feels like there is so much to do. It is really important to look after yourself during stressful times. Remember the basics; eat, drink water, sleep and exercise you can’t stay energised and focused without these things. There is life after Year 12!! Check out this useful website which gives tips for both students and parents on managing stressful times
