Excursion to Green Day Musical

On Thursday 3 May forty-five Darwin High School music and drama students attended a performance of the award-winning Broadway phenomenon, American Idiot.

Winner of two Tony Awards and the Grammy Award for Best Musical Show Album, American Idiotwent on a national tour and provided the Darwin High students with the rare opportunity to experience Broadway in their own backyard.

Darwin High School music teacher, Alana Bryett said that

The students enjoyed the rare opportunity to experience the highest level of stage craft and performance management and were able to critically analyse, review and reflect on the professional level performance.
