GENESIS – Stage 2 Dance Showcase

Last week, our Stage 2 Dance class presented their much-anticipated show, GENESIS. Over two evenings, audiences were treated to a stunning display of individual and group works developed across Stage 1 and Stage 2 Dance.

The performances were a true testament to the dedication, talent, and endurance of all 20 students, with additional support from Penny, Ashleigh, and Romy of the Stage 1 Dance class. Each piece contributed to the students’ performance portfolios, which make up 40% of their final grade.

Funds raised from GENESIS go directly back into our Dance program, helping us continue to provide opportunities for our talented students.

A huge thank you to our students, families, and community members for your ongoing support – it means the world to the Dance team and, even if they sometimes play it cool, to our amazing students too.

And finally, a huge congratulations to our DHS Dance teacher, Ms Kayley Palmer, whose passion and guidance made this incredible showcase possible.
