Health Expo 2025 – What a Day!
On Friday 30 May, Darwin High School was buzzing with energy as we hosted our annual Health Expo in The Tank!
With more than 1300 students involved, the event was a vibrant celebration of positive wellbeing and a chance to explore key issues affecting young people — from mental health and drug and alcohol awareness to the importance of maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle.
Students and staff engaged with a wide range of exhibitors through interactive activities and meaningful conversations. Outside, sports demonstrations kept everyone moving, while inside The Tank, highlights included:
- 🐶 Therapy dogs
- 🫀 CPR dummies
- 🏋️♂️ Squat challenges
- 📏 Vertical jump tests...and so much more!

A massive thank you to the many community organisations and health professionals who took part, to our dedicated staff, and to Ms Costello’s Year 12 Health class for helping make the day run so smoothly.
And most importantly — thank you to our amazing students, who showed curiosity, respect and enthusiasm throughout the day. 🌟
We’re already looking forward to an even bigger and better Health Expo in 2026!
