Today in Indonesian class we made fried rice and Klepon which are Indonesian popular foods.
We learnt how to make and roll the Klepon. Its ingredients are glutinous rice flour, coconut milk, pandan essence, palm sugar and shredded coconut. I never made it before but I think Keopn was yum.
We made fried rice with the ABC sauce or kecap manis. The Indonesian sambal was very spicy so I only added a little bit. I really enjoyed our class activity today.
