Intertwined

Just when you thought the DHS Dance Departments annual Stage 2 Dance Performance couldn’t possibly do a show that would be as good as the last one - they did! The 2024 cohort of Stage 2 Dancers created another incredibly brilliant show INTERTWINED.

Featuring a diverse evening of dance showcasing works created by Joanna Noonan, Arthur Lariosa, Cameron Goodman, Nikita Dakers, Tahnee Cvirn, Millie Hunt, Jazmin Griffiths, Rubberlegz, and a range of student developed works, INTERTWINED was of the highest quality, and was truly captivating and inspirational to watch.

As a dance educator and practitioner, I felt blessed to be part of this incredible 2024 Dance experience-our dance journey that we have experienced together over 2023 and 2024 has been very rewarding and every single performer was pivotal in creating a seamless performance that showcased their talent collectively and individually. I was thoroughly impressed by how these students took on and applied pivotal feedback -trusting me to challenge them in new ways as a dancer/performer/person. Like every audience member, I was very inspired by the incredible, amazing and talented cast of INTERTWINED who took audiences on an entertaining journey of lots - lots – and lots of spectacular dancing. Absolutely brilliant performances by every single student.
