Italian Cultural Experience: Italian Students Make Homemade Spaghetti!

This term, our Stage 1 and 2 Italian classes explored authentic Italian cuisine, creating homemade spaghetti paired with a fresh tomato basil sauce from scratch. 

As the rich aroma filled the kitchen, we brewed traditional Italian espresso in a stovetop coffee maker, giving everyone a true taste of Italy while we waited for the pasta to cook.

It was a fantastic experience that combined hands-on learning with Italian flavours and traditions.
