Italian Feast with a Purpose – Stage 2 Food and Hospitality
Last week, both Stage 2 Food and Hospitality classes treated their invited guests to a delicious array of Italian-inspired dishes — and it was more than just a tasty experience!
From entrées to mains and desserts, each menu was carefully planned to showcase key principles of food safety and healthy eating practices. The event allowed students to demonstrate their culinary skills while applying classroom learning to a real-world setting.
