2017 Careers in Law Forum

On Friday 19 May Darwin High School students in Years 10, 11 and 12 studying Legal Studies and Politics attended the 2017 Careers in Law forum for senior students.

Around one hundred students from senior schools around Darwin and Palmerston visited the Supreme Court and the Legislative Assembly to listen to highly regarded speakers in the field of Law discuss careers in law and what working in the legal profession involves.

The guest speakers included: the Honourable Chief Justice Michael Grant, Supreme Court Judge, Matthew Nathan SC, Crown Prosecutor, Michael Tatham, Clerk of the Legislative Assembly and Kathleen Chong-Fong, Senior Lawyer, Litigation Division NTG.
