Menzies Health Lab visit

On Friday 17 March Menzies Health Lab worked with our Health and Physical Education classes to share their knowledge and messages around healthy choices. 

Students rotated around stations with interactive activities highlighting the importance of hydration, impact of smoking, drinking alcohol and eating a poor diet on their health. The groups were able to test their strength, power, flexibility, balance and hydration levels and reflect on the importance of being physically active.
