Mocktails and Canapés

On Wednesday evening Week 7, Stage 2 Food & Hospitality students welcomed their parents and friends to 'Mocktails and Canapés' a group activity that contributed to their assessment. 

Guests mingled in the late afternoon to sip on an exotic range of mocktails and consume beautifully presented and delightful tasting canapés while watching the sun go down. 

Students were responsible for the planning and production for this event and excelled in both in the quality and service of food and beverages to their guests.
