NT Training Awards Success

NT Training Awards Success

On Saturday 22 September our Year 12 student Jemma Young won the VET School Student category at the 2018 NT Training Awards.

The NT Training Awards recognise the outstanding efforts of Territorians involved in Vocational Education and Training (VET). In addition to prize money, Jemma will receive career development support.

Jemma is on her way to becoming a fully qualified electrician having already completed a Certificate II in Constructions and has begun a Certificate II in Electrotechnology while she balances Year 12 and casual weekend employment with her host employer, an impressive effort given the demands of Year 12.

Congratulations Jemma on such a fantastic achievement!
