On the Catwalk

Last Friday two Darwin High School students represented the Northern Territory at the 2018 Apex Australian Teenage Fashion and Arts Festival in Melbourne. Year 11 student Denique Stewart competed in the Wearable Art category and Year 10 student Maneeza Rahmany in the Casual Wear category.

Last month the students competed at the NTeen Fashion Festival, where they were awarded as leading designers in their categories and selected to participate in the AAFTA Youth Festival National Final.

Both students received positive feedback on their designs and Denique was awarded Leading Designer in Wearable Art, which is an incredible achievement.
