Open for Business

From Week 2 of this term the Year 10 Commerce Class commenced operating their businesses. Until Week 5 there are 15 different small businesses all selling a variety of goods and services that will be operating everyday Monday-Friday.
The students have developed their Business Plan and will be involved in shopping, setting up their pop-up stalls, marketing, delivery of goods to school, running the enterprise, packing up, cleaning, and banking their takings.
The students have been working very hard and have been operating very professionally. Through the course, students develop skills in marketing, business management, customer service and financial record keeping and decision making.

A big thank you to the students and staff who have been supporting our emerging entrepreneurs thus far and we look forward to seeing what is on offer next week.
