Outstanding Results in the 2025 Australian Mathematics Competition
In early August, 79 Darwin High School students took part in the prestigious Australian Mathematics Competition (AMC).
The AMC is one of the world’s largest school-based mathematics competitions, with students from more than thirty countries participating each year. Competitors are challenged to solve 30 increasingly complex problems within 75 minutes – a true test of logic, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Congratulations to all of our students who participated in this year’s competition. Darwin High School achieved exceptional results, with four High Distinctions, 19 Distinctions and 33 Credits awarded.
