Sailing with Stage 1 Integrated Learning

Facing heavy offshore winds, the Stage 1 Integrated Learning classes of Mr Andreae and Mr Marshall participated in their first 2 weeks of a 5-week sailing program at the Darwin Sailing Club. 

Students demonstrated resilience, leadership and collaborative skills to overcome the tough conditions. All students in their first attempts at sailing were able to complete courses set around buoys by the sailing club instructors and return safely to shore (some via tow).
