Science Week

Science Week

This year Darwin High's main science week activity saw the Questacon Science Circus visit the school to conduct workshops with our Year 10 students. The workshop theme was pressure and temperature.

By far the highlight of the workshop was when the presenter added boiling water to liquid nitrogen. The clouds of condensing water produced were simply awesome.

As in previous years, we continued to provide support to other schools. This year equipment and advice were provided to Stuart Park Primary School and Nganmarriyanga School to ensure students had a great science week too.
