SIEU Success

SIEU Success

Darwin High School Secondary Intensive English Unit (SIEU) teachers were delighted to receive a visit from two of their former students last week.

Our SIEU is for senior secondary students who have recently arrived in Australia and are from English as a second language (ESL) backgrounds or who come from communities where Australian standard English is not widely used.

Anjali is now in her fourth year of Biomedicine at James Cook University and Maria is in her second year of Management at RMIT, Melbourne.

Anjali hopes to return to Darwin as a doctor.
