Taste of the Territory

Earlier this Term our Stage 1 Food and Hospitality students hosted a Taste of the Territory Event. 

Student teams were tasked with creating a dish to be served at the event which showcased at least one local territory ingredient.

Some of our lucky staff were invited to judge the dishes and everyone was impressed with both the taste and the presentation.
