World Challenge

World Challenge

Earlier this month the Darwin High School students involved in the World Challenge trip partook in a practise expedition through Litchfield.

Matthew Chapman, Darwin High School student

This trip took us through the bush to the beginning of the Tabletop Track.

The team had to navigate their way through several obstacles throughout the weekend. These featured: a flat tire, buying our food, navigating and cooking. However, all of these were resolved with a relaxing river at the end of the trek near our camp site. The weekend helped the group to work together and practice trekking.

Near the end of the year the team will be going to Namibia and Botswana for four weeks. On Friday 2 June we are hosting a World Challenge Trivia Night fundraiser in the Tank. I hope that you can come support us as we continue to prepare for our trip. Thank you.
