World Kindness Day

Wednesday 13 November was World Kindness Day and our Student Wellbeing Officer, Larissa Mills, organised a kindness wall for students and staff at lunchtime.
The World Kindness Day activity was a massive success, students had a great time acknowledging the kind things others have done for them, thinking of and recognising the kindness they've showed others, and enjoyed choosing a lollipop with an affirmation attached to remind them how wonderful they all are! Some students opted to select an affirmation to give to someone else and carefully considered the affirmation they selected from the pile. The attached images show the beautifully kind words and drawings the students created to display on the kindness wall. The kind words included;
- Someone helped me with my homework!
- Be URSELF
- Someone complimented my hair
- I'm grateful for teacher's that understand you
- Everyone who reads this will ace their exam I've manifested it will happen goodluck!
- Trust in yourself and your choices
- You are enough
- My mum is pretty
- I am grateful for kind people
Thank you to Ms Mills and to everyone who participated!
