Day at the Museum

Day at the Museum

Last week, all Year 11 Biology Classes visited the Museum and Art Gallery of the NT.

Students and teachers went behind the scenes and were guided through the classification of species in the Northern Territory. This involved exploring the museum’s wet store area, where specimens are stored and preserved from multiple areas from the NT. Students used a key to classify snakes and then in the museum gallery classified sharks and birds.
