1st Place at National Australia Indonesia Language Awards

1st Place at National Australia Indonesia Language Awards

Congratulations to Year 11 Darwin High School student, Alishba Saeed who won first place in the Senior Award Category of the 2021 National Australia Indonesia Language Awards (NAILA) on Friday 3 December.

During the NAILA Virtual Awards Ceremony, Alishba performed her speech live in front of a large audience, including senior government officials and sponsors, as well as fellow awardees and the NAILA Committee. Her live presentation was astounding! Well-done Alishba!

This is the first time a Darwin High School student has won this National Award. Thank you to Kevin Northcote (Principal Darwin Language Centre) for his support.
