Signature Desserts Showcase

Our Stage 2 Food and Hospitality students have completed their final practical assessment, creating their very own signature dessert!

The assessment brought together the skills students have developed throughout the course, including planning, creativity, presentation and culinary techniques. Each student designed and prepared a dessert that reflected their individual ideas and skills, with impressive flavour combinations and creative presentation on display.

Their signature desserts were a fitting way to finish their Stage 2 Food and Hospitality journey and showcase how far they have come throughout the course.
