Harmony Day Lunch

Harmony Day Lunch

Last Friday the SRC celebrated Harmony Day today with a cultural dress competition and a shared lunch. Harmony Day takes place in Australia every March 21.

However, to respect Ramadan, the SRC decided to hold our celebrations in April. Harmony Day is a day to celebrate all the different cultures that are a part of Australia. Congratulations to Vy, Tiana and Sara who were joint winners of the dress up competition wearing outfits from Vietnam, Indonesia and Tonga.

Thank you to all the students and teachers who created decorations, brought food, shared their culture and made the celebration a success.
