VASSY's story
VASSY's unique soulful voice, along with her song writing and production skills, have enabled her to conquer the DJ world with hits including: BAD (a collaboration with David Guetta and Showtek) and SECRETS (a collaboration with Tiesto and Kshmr). VASSY’s songs have been featured everywhere including: Target, Nickelodeon, Sketchers, Victoria’s Secret, Pepsi commercials, Grey’s Anatomy, and even Disney’s Frozen.
VASSY took a different path than most, and credits Darwin High with giving her a:
unique sense of community and outlook on the world.
Even with her music career taking flight, VASSY finds time to be involved with philanthropic work, including as an active ambassador for the NOH8 campaign (an anti-discrimination association that supports equal rights for all human kind). VASSY also volunteers and teaches music workshops at AVIVA, a teenage safe house and orphanage for girls in Los Angeles.
