​This month, The Indonesian Consulate held an Angklung workshop for schools in Darwin and on Thursday 8 November some of our Indonesian Language students had the opportunity to explore language through music.

​Last Friday two Darwin High School students represented the Northern Territory at the 2018 Apex Australian Teenage Fashion and Arts Festival in Melbourne. Year 11 student Denique Stewart competed in the Wearable Art category and Year 10 student Maneeza Rahmany in the Casual Wear category.

​Earlier this month the Tournament of Minds International Final was held in Darwin and Darwin High School was represented in a combined team with Darwin Middle.

Darwin High School’s Year 12 students have reached the end of their formal classes for the year. Last week the School Board recognised the success of the Schools high achievers.
