​Last week, our Indonesian Language students had the exciting opportunity to take part in a traditional Indonesian Dancing Workshop.

​Bioluminescence at Darwin High School involved 8 Film and Visual Art students from Year 10, 11 and 12 build a site specific audio-visual installation in four days! Lead by NSW Multimedia Artist Scott Baker and Jemima Saunders the project saw the students create content, learn new editing and projection mapping software and gain experience with sound sampling and music production.

In May, 80 Darwin High School students from Years 10–12 took part in the Computational and Algorithmic Thinking (CAT) Competition – a national one-hour problem-solving challenge that pushes students to think creatively and logically.

​In Semester 1, 67 families contributed $14,652 in voluntary contributions. These funds will be used to replace old lockers and purchase additional student seating.
