On Friday 1 November, Darwin High students participated in their first colour fun run. Darwin High School continues to make its mark on the national arts scene, with two of its students, Lily Carnell and Moses Saunders, selected for the esteemed 2025 National Summer Art Scholarship (NSAS).

This term, our Stage 1 and 2 Italian classes explored authentic Italian cuisine, creating homemade spaghetti paired with a fresh tomato basil sauce from scratch.

On Thursday 31 October, the SRC celebrated Halloween with a pumpkin hunt, fancy dress competition and vampire donuts.

In August this year, 22 students participated in the Assessment of Languages Competence (ALC) Test.

Wednesday 13 November was World Kindness Day and our Student Wellbeing Officer, Larissa Mills, organised a kindness wall for students and staff at lunchtime.

This week some of our students, along with Ms Redwood, attended the Aviation Australia VET Graduation Ceremony.

On Thursday and Friday of Week 5, representatives from the United Nations Youth program visited several English and Humanities classes at Darwin High School.
